ADAP Advocacy Discussion – 340B Rebate Model: Insights from Patient Advocates & Policy Experts

On February 26, 2026, ADAP Advocacy hosted an important patient-centric discussion on the value of a rebate model in the 340B Drug Pricing Program and the critical need for federal 340B reform. The discussion featured a panel of patient leaders and health care experts who discussed how the 340B Program has veered off track and the importance of a rebate-based approach to strengthen program transparency and accountability.
