Philadelphia is at a turning point.

While federal, state, and local leaders continue to debate budgets and delay lifesaving care, Philly communities are suffering the consequences right now: reduced access to HIV prevention and treatment, lack of housing stability, barriers to harm reduction services, and cuts that have the greatest impact on Black, Latino, LGBTQIA+, and other historically underserved communities.

On Friday, October 2, advocates, community members, service providers, and allies from across Philadelphia and New York will come together to send a clear message: our health, our housing, and our lives are not negotiable. They delay, we die.

We will be marching from City Hall to The Liberty Bell.

Your presence is critical. Let's ensure decision makers hear our call for funding, services, and the policies our communities need. This rally and march is being led by the people most affected by these decisions and the grassroots organizations that serve them every day. Together, we are demanding investments in HIV care, harm reduction, housing, prevention, and community-based services that keep people healthy, safe, and connected to care.

We are calling on leaders at every level to protect Medicaid, fund HIV treatment and prevention programs, expand access to housing and syringe services, and ensure that no one is left behind.

Our bus will depart 145 4th Ave., NYC at 11AM and arrive back to NYC around 8PM that evening.
